You set the goal for the analysis, we chose the right tool for the job. We discuss this upfront and deliver you with an analysis proposal.

Filtration is our typical step for the sample preparation. Typically we then use our automated microscopes (Single Particle Explorer CSS) for the enumeration and sizing of the particulates.

To get an overview we chose the integrated automated Raman or LIBS (metal.ID) spectroscopy to identify the particles. If still the contaminating particles composition is unidentified the more classic FT-IR or REM /EDX units should give us the right information for the identification.

Our Methods:

Raman-Spectroscopy

LIBS (metal.ID)

FT-IR Microscopy

REM/EDX-Analysis

Membrane Particle Counting

Optical Particle Counting

Layer Measurement
